Warranty
"sobbat" is hand-made and checked to the highest standards so that you will receive lasting satisfaction from your investment. We guarantee this product (repair / adjustment for free) for 1year against workmanship or manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. However, the warranty shall not be honored in the following cases;
1. If the warranty card is not presented when the guarantee is claimed.
2. If insufficient information is supplied on the warranty card
(e.g. the name of the shop where you purchased the products, the date when you purchased it etc,)
3. If any damage has been caused by intentional misuse or carelessness
(e.g. dropping the products, throwing the products etc,)
4. If any damage has been caused by using other products with the product.
5. If any damage has been caused by unpredictable events, such as, fire, natural disasters (flooding, earthquakes etc,) or acts of terrorism.
6. If any damage has been caused by natural wear and tear.
7. If the person who claims the guarantee is not the original owner.

9. If the operating instructions have not been observed as detailed in the product manual.
Warranty card is valid only Japan and the United States of America.
Warranty card shall not be replaced in the event of its loss.
Warranty card shall only be honored in the event that it is presented by the original owner.
